I recently wrote about how Netflix was destroying their service. Well, it seems that they changed their mind, as I just got an email from them:

We Are Keeping Netflix Profiles

Dear Greg,

You spoke, and we listened. We are keeping Profiles. Thank you for all the calls and emails telling us how important Profiles are.

We are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused. We hope the next time you hear from us we will delight, and not disappoint, you.

That's nice to hear. I'm glad that I'll be able to keep my service with them now that they've changed their mind.

nice... regardless of my laxity in watching my one-movie-out, this kind of good customer service will keep my sending them my 9 bucks or whatever for the foreseeable future.

I don't use the profiles thing, but I'm glad they're keeping it for those of you that do. I can see that if there were more than one person on an account that it would be very handy!
