On the way back home from visiting family this weekend, we stopped at King's BBQ in Kinston, NC. We were going to go through Kinston so that we could achieve some specific geocaching goals and yarbiedoll suggested that we stop at King's, where her family would always stop on their way to the beach when she was growing up. She swore it was the best BBQ ever.

I do believe that I have now tasted perfection in BBQ.

That stuff was so good, I bought four pounds to go. We've already gone through half of that. It will be a sad day in the house when all of the Q is gone.
