drawers in my refrigerator

I turn to LJ-BrainTrust©.

I have two drawers in the bottom of my refrigerator. One is labeled "High Humidity Storage" and the other is labeled "Low Humidity Storage." What am I supposed to put in each drawer (and why)? I think I'm supposed to put stuff like chicken and hot dogs in one of the drawers and things like apples and carrots in the other one. But I don't know which is which.
