Sweet Fire!

Several times in the past week, I've grilled up some buffalo burgers. For those of you who have never tried buffalo before, it's much tastier than cattle beef and has less fat. I make a patty out of about 1/4 pound buffalo, with chopped red onion, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and parsley flakes mixed in. Melt a slice of cheese on that patty before pulling it off the grill. From the grill to a bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, mustard, catsup, and -- here's the clincher -- Sweet Fire pickles & peppers.

For Christmas, aunt_toad gave me a jar of Sweet Fire and I've been loving it. It's a jar with bread-n-butter pickles mixed with jalapeno peppers. It's sweet. It's hot. It's Sweet Fire! And it's the perfect thing to put on the top of a grilled buffalo burger.
