Nonfiction, I guess. I enjoy reading things that make me think some. I also have a bunch of magazines that I try to keep up with. I don't read a newspaper anymore. I got tired of the poor reporting in our local paper. I get my news from Google News now. Local news I get from word of mouth and TV.
2. What is your favorite novel?
The Princess Bride: S. Morgenstern's Classic Tale of True Love and High Adventure (The 'Good Parts' Version) by William Goldman
3. Do you have a favorite poem? (Share it!)
I don't think I have a favorite poem. I enjoy poetry, but haven't really exposed myself to poetry enough to really "get into it."
4. What is one thing you've always wanted to read, or wish you had more time to read?
I've got several shelves of unread books. Everything from fiction to textbooks (yeah, I've got a few textbooks I'd like to read). There is a wealth of theological books I'd love to devour.
5. What are you currently reading?
Man In White by Johnny Cash
Ring of Fire: The Johnny Cash Reader by Michael Streissguth (Editor)
A History of Appalachia by Richard B. Drake
As you can see, I tend to read several things at the same time. Right now, I'm obviously on a Johnny Cash kick.
