I'm going to see the Derek Trucks Band every night for the next three nights. Tonight, they're playing at The Visulite Theatre in Charlotte. Tomorrow and Friday, they're playing at The Variety Playhouse in Atlanta. Last I checked, tickets still appeared to be available, so if you want to jump in for some good blues / soul / funk / world / jazz / rock / Indian music, the Derek Trucks Band is the band to see. I'm really looking forward to the Atlanta shows, especially since I've never been to Atlanta.
