Yin and Yang

  • Bad: Pollen. Yuck, yuck, yuck. I forgot to take my allergy pill this morning and I can already feel my throat closing on me.
  • Good: At least I'll be able to get that pill when I go home for lunch today.
  • Good: It's Friday.
  • Bad: I've got the pager this week.
  • Good: That's really no big deal anymore, our product is pretty stable.
  • Good: I fixed before coming to work today.
  • Bad: Canada Goose.
  • Good: Did I mention that it's Friday already?
  • Good: Diet Rite soda. Yay, splenda!
  • Good: Hot tea. I've still go some my buddy brought back from China, and it really hits the spot.
  • Bad: Did I mention the pollen already? I can taste it. Nasty.
  • Good: Hours of relief stored on my iPod.
  • Bad: My computer monitor at work is about to die. It has been for about a year now. I don't want to get a replacement, because the replacement would be smaller than the one I've got now.
  • Good: Really. It *is* Friday. A good end to a long week.
  • Good: Loretta, the mandolin.

The good still outnumbers the bad. Sometimes I need to remind myself of that.
