Today's Walk

Today's walk was between 2.5 and 3 miles up and down the Latham Park trail. I was walking for a little less than an hour. It was a good walk. I saw some ducks in the lake and some neighborhood kids playing basketball. Once I get in a little better shape, I'll have to pull my bicycle out for my exercising.

I came back and discovered that they must have completely given up on the race -- they were showing M*A*S*H* reruns instead. I flipped around the channels a bit -- tying to decide between Boomerang's Yogi Bear And The Invasion Of The Space Bears and Lifetime's The Stranger Beside Me (it started Tiffani-Amber Theissen of Saved By The Bell fame). After a few minutes, I decided neither choice was a good one, so I popped the NASCAR game into the PlayStation and ran a couple of weeks worth of races. So it turns out that I had a NASCAR Sunday afternoon anyway.

I'm planning on going to bed early tonight so that I can get up in time for tomorrow's walk before I need to take the truck to the shop.
