Verily I say unto thee, the Austin Lounge Lizards kicketh much booty. My wife and I went to Carboro Saturday night to see them perform. Very, very fun. Anyone who is unfamiliar with the Austin Lounge Lizards should go to their website and become fans. If you ever get an opportunity to see them, take it -- they are one of those groups whose stage presence does not translate perfectly to a recording.

At the show, we picked up two of their albums (my wife already had two), so our collection is nearing completion. I'm listening to one of their earlier albums now -- "Creatures From The Black Saloon."
