I went to the dentist yesterday. I had a good report. I'll be back in October.

After work, I stopped by the Jiffy Lube to get an oil change and my state inspection. Their waiting room was hot, with little breeze. But now I'm good for another year until I need another inspection.

Shortly after I got home, yarbiedoll asked if I wanted to go geocaching. She visited a lot of local colleges to take pictures of a travel bug at the colleges. While we were out, she also picked up a few caches that I had already found. After that was all taken care of, we headed out to "Walking On Needles" and looked for it. It involved a 0.65 mile walk to the cache from the parking area (and, of course, a 0.65 mile walk back). That served as some exercise for me yesterday. It was nice to search for a cache that involved a little bit of a hike, with all the urban micros and park-and-grabs that I've been looking for lately.
