Daily Walk: 50 Minutes

A good morning of walking today: about 50 minutes, probably over 3 miles. I missed walking yesterday 'cause I was up too late Tuesday night and didn't wake up in time. I feared the same would happen today, but I pulled myself out of bed before 0700 and was able to make it happen.

Now I'm off to make some eggs for breakfast.
