Handel's Messiah

After subjecting you to really bad Christmas music earlier this morning, I'm going to try to redeem myself by plugging some really good Christmas music. Tonight, the Greensboro Oratorio Society is presenting Handel's Messiah at War Memorial Auditorium (in Greensboro, NC). It's free (they'll accept donations), but you'll probably have to pay for parking. The web site says it starts at 7:00pm, but my friends at church (some of whom are singing in it) say it starts at 6:30, so I'm planning on being there by a little after 6:00.

The music is beautiful. It's been a few years since I've been to a performance, so I'm really looking forward to going again. If you're in the area, you should come too.
