Between not working in times to run when I visited DC and being sick last week, it's been a while since I've been running. I picked it up again today and it felt great. 2.45 miles in 32 minutes -- a bit aggressive for me, but after a few days I'll remember my pace again. I've settled into a good walk/run combination -- run 0.25 miles, walk 1 minute. I just need to slow my running portion down a little. It's still a little chilly outside, but it feels good to run in the chill.
