Today's run was great. I've stepped up my aggressiveness on my intervals just a bit, and I think I'm in a good pattern for now -- run 0.3 miles, walk 1 minute. I only ran 30 minutes today (was planning to run 45) because my GPSr ran out of batteries 25 minutes into the run, and I wouldn't have been able to make a good mileage estimate for an additional fifteen minutes. I'll make sure to have enough battery power on Thursday, when I run again, so I'll be able to make a good reading.
I saw lots more people out running today than usual. This is probably because it's earlier than I've run before. Except for it being kinda dark when I started, about 6:30 is a good time to start -- it will give me plenty of time to run between 45 and 60 minutes and still be able to cool down at home and get ready for work in time to make it to the office on schedule. I'm probably going to have to start going to bed earlier, but that's not a bad thing.
The past couple of weeks have been lackluster on the running front, mostly due to being out of town or being sick. It's good to be getting back into a schedule again.
