Great run today. Same interval as last time, but a little quicker. I did more stretching after the run than I usually do, which is probably the best thing I've done so far since I started running. I'm going to have to remember to stretch at least that much from here on out.
I need to get some oatmeal next time I go to the store.
Now that I'm a little bit back in the saddle again, I probably won't update this journal with as much running-related news.
