Today I went running again -- first time in two weeks (couldn't really run last week at camp and I let myself get mentally overwhelmed at work the week before). I'm trying to make sure that my short runs are greater than 5k now, so I can use them to train for running a 5k if I want. Today's run fit the bill -- 3.2 miles, which I managed in 42 minutes. I'm happy with that, especially after a mini-vacation from running.
I'm signed up to run a 5k in two weeks, which I'm getting pretty excited about.
