Cooler Weather == Faster Running

I've never averaged quicker than a twelve minute mile. Today's run (3.3 miles) averaged eleven minutes and forty-three seconds per mile! Yes, I'm getting better because I'm exercising more, but it was also nice and cool this morning (54°, according to the internet). I've read that you run faster when it's cooler. Today I definitely experienced it.

I think I'm going to be in good shape for this weekend's 10K. I'm excited!
