One of the things that's really cool about it is that it has motivational extras included in it. For example, after my long run this weekend, Lance Armstrong congratulated me on completing my longest workout to date. Today, I had what I thought was a mediocre run, but when it was done, Paula Radcliffe congratulated me on running my quickest 1-mile. Wow, I didn't realize that I had a quick 1-mile in today's workout. That was neat to hear. I spent a few minutes setting up some goals on the Nike+iPod website this morning. They're all goals that cover a 4 week timespan, so it's the sort of thing to help keep you motivated. I'm the kind of person that is motivated by this sort of thing, so I think it's going to be very helpful as I continue my training, especially since I'm about to plateau on a distance for my long runs since I'm so far out from my planned marathon next year.
Now I need to start collecting songs for my "Running" playlist. So far, there are only three songs on it.
