I recently wrote about how Netflix was destroying their service. Well, it seems that they changed their mind, as I just got an email from them:

You spoke, and we listened. We are keeping Profiles. Thank you for all the calls and emails telling us how important Profiles are.
We are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused. We hope the next time you hear from us we will delight, and not disappoint, you.

That's nice to hear. I'm glad that I'll be able to keep my service with them now that they've changed their mind.
