I made cornish game hens for supper tonight because when I was in the grocery store after church this morning, they were on manager's special. So I picked them up and used ingredients I found around the house to create a recipe: they were marinated in Caribbean Jerk sauce and stuffed with a quarter of an orange and some cranberries. It turned out really good, and I have plenty leftover that I can have for lunch tomorrow.
It was actually fairly easy. I'll probably do it again sometime.
